At Mind, Body, & Soul Nourish Your Spirit, we take great care in preparing, packaging, and shipping every order. Because many of our products are herbal, ingestible, personal care, wellness-based, or made in small batches, we have created this policy to protect the quality, safety, and integrity of our offerings.
Each order is carefully packed before leaving us. Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, it is no longer fully within our control. However, if an issue occurs during shipping, we will review the situation and determine the best way to assist.
Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery.

All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 5 days of delivery at info@nourishyourspirit.org.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damaged item
- A photo of the interior packaging
- A photo of the exterior package, including the shipping label
- A brief description of the issue
We will review the information provided and determine the best way to assist.
Wrong or Missing Items
We carefully pick, pack, and review each order before it leaves us. However, if you receive the wrong item or believe something is missing from your shipment, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

- Your order number
- A clear photo of all items received
- A photo of the packing slip, if included
- A photo of the shipping label
- A description of what is wrong or missing
This documentation helps us review your order and resolve the matter as quickly and accurately as possible.
If we confirm an error on our part, we will make it right. This may include sending the correct item, replacing the missing item, issuing store credit, or providing a refund at our discretion.
Return and Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of our products and offerings, all sales are final unless there is a verified issue with your order.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for opened, used, consumable, personal care, custom, digital, sale, or service-based purchases unless otherwise stated.
All returns must be authorized before being sent back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refund Policy and Cancellation
We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or order cancellations for reasons such as personal preference, taste, scent, texture, shipping delays, change of mind, or failure to review product details before purchasing.
However, in the event of a verified error on our part, we reserve the right to issue a refund, replacement, store credit, or cancel the affected order as appropriate.
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
Please note that financial institutions may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
