Shipping Policy
At Mind, Body, & Soul Nourish Your Spirit, we take great care in preparing, packaging, and shipping every order. Because many of our offerings include herbal, ingestible, personal care, wellness-based, handmade, or small-batch products, we have created this policy to protect the quality, safety, and integrity of our products and customer experience.
This Shipping Policy applies to physical products purchased online, in-store, or through any other approved ordering method when the order requires shipping or fulfillment.
Order Processing
Orders are processed in the order they are received.
Most orders are processed within 3–7 business days. Handmade, small-batch, made-to-order, limited-quantity, or specially prepared items may require additional processing time.
Processing times may also vary depending on product availability, batch preparation, order volume, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Shipping Days
Orders are typically shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays may begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping Methods and Carriers
We ship using available carriers selected at checkout or chosen by Mind, Body, & Soul Nourish Your Spirit based on the order, destination, and available shipping options.
Shipping options, rates, and estimated delivery times may be displayed at checkout when available.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timelines are controlled by the carrier and may be affected by delays, weather, incorrect addresses, holidays, customs processing, or other shipping disruptions.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided when available.
Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after your package has been accepted by the carrier.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Please review your shipping information carefully before submitting your order. Mind, Body, & Soul Nourish Your Spirit is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible at info@nourishyourspirit.org. We will do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed or shipped.
Shipping Risk and Carrier Responsibility
Each order is carefully packed before leaving us.
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, the package is no longer fully within our control. Risk of loss, delay, theft, or damage may pass to the customer once the order is accepted by the carrier.
If an issue occurs during shipping, we will review the situation and determine the best way to assist when possible.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier first using your tracking information.
Mind, Body, & Soul Nourish Your Spirit is not responsible for lost, stolen, misdelivered, or missing packages once the order has been marked delivered by the carrier.
You may also contact us at info@nourishyourspirit.org, and we will review the situation. While we cannot guarantee replacement, reimbursement, or reshipment for carrier-related issues, we may assist with tracking, documentation, or next steps when possible.
Damaged Items During Shipping
Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 5 days of delivery at info@nourishyourspirit.org.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damaged item
- A photo of the interior packaging
- A photo of the exterior shipping package
- A brief description of the issue
We will review the information provided and determine whether a replacement, store credit, refund, or carrier claim may be appropriate.
Damaged item claims submitted after 5 days may not be eligible for review.
Temperature, Weather, and Product Condition
Some products may be sensitive to heat, cold, moisture, or extended time in transit. This may include oils, balms, body care products, herbal products, coconut oil-based products, personal care items, or other temperature-sensitive products.
Mind, Body, & Soul Nourish Your Spirit is not responsible for changes in product texture, melting, softening, settling, separation, leakage, condensation, or appearance caused by weather, temperature, shipping conditions, or delays once the package has been transferred to the carrier.
Customers are encouraged to retrieve packages promptly after delivery, especially during hot, cold, rainy, or severe weather conditions.
Natural variation may occur in handmade, herbal, or small-batch products. Product appearance may vary due to batch size, ingredients, packaging, sourcing, or shipping conditions.
Returned, Refused, or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, incomplete address, refused delivery, failed delivery attempt, or inability of the carrier to deliver, we will review the order once it is returned.
Additional shipping fees may apply if the customer requests reshipment.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refused packages are not eligible for refund simply because delivery was refused. Because all sales are final, refused or undeliverable packages will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Local Pickup
Local pickup may be available when offered by Mind, Body, & Soul Nourish Your Spirit.
Pickup details, location, timing, and instructions will be provided when local pickup is available. Customers are responsible for picking up orders within the communicated pickup window.
Orders not picked up within the stated timeframe may be subject to cancellation, restocking, or other handling terms.
International Shipping
International shipping may be available when offered at checkout or approved by Mind, Body, & Soul Nourish Your Spirit.
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, tariffs, import fees, brokerage fees, inspections, documentation requirements, or other charges associated with international shipping.
International orders may also be subject to delays, restrictions, customs review, or import requirements based on the destination country.
Mind, Body, & Soul Nourish Your Spirit is not responsible for packages delayed, held, rejected, returned, confiscated, destroyed, or assessed additional fees by customs, border agencies, or international carriers.
Customers are responsible for making sure the items they order can be lawfully imported into their country or region.
Events, Workshops, Consultations, and Digital Offerings
Events, workshops, consultations, classes, spiritual insight sessions, digital offerings, and other non-physical services are not shipped unless otherwise stated.
Any policies related to attendance, rescheduling, cancellation, or access to these offerings may be addressed in separate policies, terms, or service descriptions.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on the shipping method, delivery destination, package weight, order total, carrier rates, or other shipping factors.
Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or determined by Mind, Body, & Soul Nourish Your Spirit in a specific case.
