Please review all products carefully before purchasing. For in-store, pop-up, vendor, or event purchases, you are responsible for inspecting items at the time of purchase when possible.

Section 8: All Sales Are Final

All sales are final.

Because many of our products are herbal, ingestible, personal care, wellness-based, spiritual, handmade, small-batch, or otherwise sensitive in nature, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless expressly stated in our Refund Policy or required by applicable law.

This all-sales-final policy applies to online purchases, in-store purchases, pop-up purchases, vendor purchases, event purchases, workshop purchases, class purchases, consultation purchases, and other direct purchases from us.

Event tickets, workshops, classes, digital materials, and services are also final sale unless otherwise stated in writing.

Section 9: Consultations and Rescheduling

Consultations, spiritual insight sessions, wellness guidance sessions, astrology-informed sessions, Human Design-informed sessions, divination-informed sessions, product guidance sessions, ritual guidance sessions, energy awareness sessions, and related services are final sale.

Consultations may be rescheduled only with prior approval and at least 24 hours’ notice. Rescheduling is not guaranteed and is subject to our availability.

If you are late, miss your appointment, fail to attend, or do not provide at least 24 hours’ notice, your session may be forfeited without refund.

We reserve the right to decline, cancel, or reschedule a consultation or service at our discretion.

Section 10: Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, incorrect addresses, missing delivery information, events outside our control, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, the package is no longer fully within our control, and title and risk of loss pass to you. However, if an issue occurs during shipping, we will review the situation and determine the best way to assist in accordance with our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

You grant Mind, Body, Soul Cuisine LLC dba Mind, Body, & Soul Nourish Your Spirit permission to use your image, likeness, voice, testimonial, social media tag, review, comment, or appearance in photos or videos for marketing, promotional, educational, social media, website, documentation, or business purposes, without compensation, unless prohibited by law.

If you do not want to be photographed, recorded, or included in media, you must notify us in writing before or at the beginning of the event. We will make reasonable efforts to honor your request, but we cannot guarantee exclusion from all background, crowd, or incidental media.

All content, materials, products, formulas, blends, recipes, preparation methods, rituals, frameworks, teachings, workshops, class materials, written materials, product names, service names, logos, slogans, brand language, website copy, product descriptions, photographs, videos, audio, graphics, PDFs, downloads, labels, packaging, social media content, event materials, meditations, spiritual practices, consultation methods, and other materials created or provided by us are owned by or licensed to Mind, Body, Soul Cuisine LLC dba Mind, Body, & Soul Nourish Your Spirit and are protected by intellectual property laws.

This includes, but is not limited to, our proprietary language, systems, teachings, product concepts, formulas, wellness frameworks, spiritual frameworks, M.O.N.E.Y. / My Own Natural Energy Yield concepts and materials, brand philosophy, product names, class names, event names, and educational materials.

You may access our website and materials for personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, display, perform, download, store, transmit, teach, train from, scrape, sell, resell, imitate, reverse engineer, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any of our intellectual property without our prior written consent.

Certain products, formulas, recipes, herbal blends, tea blends, oil blends, rituals, practices, workshops, class materials, preparation methods, product names, spiritual frameworks, consultation methods, and educational systems are proprietary to Mind, Body, Soul Cuisine LLC dba Mind, Body, & Soul Nourish Your Spirit.

You may not copy, recreate, reverse engineer, teach, sell, resell, repackage, relabel, redistribute, publish, modify, imitate, commercially use, or create competing products or services based on our proprietary materials without our prior written consent.

Purchasing a product, attending a workshop, booking a consultation, downloading a material, or participating in a class does not give you ownership of our formulas, systems, teachings, intellectual property, or business methods.
